Eureka Springs School of the Arts

About Tom Rzonca

Tom has happily called Eureka Springs home for the past 7 years. Originally from NY (Huntington, Long Island), he was relocated to Northwest Arkansas in 2015 to work on Walmart IT for a global consulting company. A graduate of School of Visual Arts in NY (BFA 1979), Tom’s background is primarily in art direction, design, and currently UX (User Experience) design. His work has been recognized globally with Webby Awards and Cooper-Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum National Design Awards nominations, among many others.

Although photography has always been part of the creative process, emphasis has been on exploring landscapes and architecture unrelated to work. Tom’s travels over the years have taken him all over the US, British Columbia, Tibet, Italy, France and most recently, a 1500-mile road trip through Morocco. As a home base, Eureka Springs is the perfect environment for venturing out into new directions. Tom’s photographic work is featured at the Curated gallery in Eureka Springs. A private showing gallery — apertures photographic works — is currently in development and scheduled to open in 2024.
