Julie (Rogers, AR) earned her BFA in Painting and Drawing from Columbia College, Chicago. She was a muralist for many years and has participated in exhibits nationally with her watercolor paintings. Julie has designed art classes for children and adults. She is currently Program Coordinator at ESSA.
