Spindle Turning for the Home

Create useful, beautiful items for the home while learning the fundamentals of spindle turning. Learn to use tools and techniques to shape your project, the body mechanics of turning, finishing techniques, and care for woodenware. Projects may include a french rolling pin, tea light, bottle stopper, or bud vase.

No experience required. This workshop is geared toward those with little or no experience at the lathe. More experienced students will be able to practice proper tool control and fine detail techniques.
