Location: ESSA Small Metals Studio

In this workshop, students will learn the fundamentals of jewelry and metalsmithing through a project-based curriculum. Techniques such as sawing, filing, soldering, riveting, and more will be covered as we create a layered pendant (or pin) and a ring with a bezel set cabochon. No prior experience is required.

All materials included.

Students must be 18 to participate.

About Instructor

William Vanaria
William (Boston, MA) is an artist who utilizes traditional silversmithing techniques and untraditional materials to create jewelry. William earned his BFA from MassART in 2012, and his MFA in 2016 from the University of Massachusetts: Dartmouth.
