Online: Spring Flowers in Watercolor

In this workshop, you will learn how to loosen up and take an abstract approach to florals. We will explore intuitive approaches to our painting by taking a purely experimental attitude and permitting ourselves to play. Spontaneity and letting go of the results can yield some fantastic outcomes. No experience required.
You will need a steady internet connection and a computer with an enabled camera and microphone.
Students will purchase their own materials, see materials list.
Students must be 18 or older to participate.
About Instructor
Julie Hop
Julie Hop (Rogers, AR) earned her BFA in Painting and Drawing from Columbia College, Chicago. She has been a muralist and has participated in exhibits in Chicago, New Orleans and Eureka Springs. Julie has designed and implemented art classes for children, teens and adults and has experience as a public school teacher. She is currently Program Coordinator at ESSA.
