You will combine ceramic slab construction using a pattern with traditional modeling techniques to create stunning figurative pieces. This class is suitable for beginners and intermediates.

About Instructors
Dana Finimore
Dana (Senatobia, MS) earned a BFA and MFA at Memphis College of Art. She is currently a Professor of Art at NWCC and a Teaching Artist at Walter Anderson Museum of Art, Mobile Museum of Art, Mississippi Craftsman’s Guild, Arkansas Craft School, and Art Place Mississippi. Dana has enjoyed a diverse career path as a visual artist. Her work as an artist includes printmaking, painting, clay, and small metals.
