Work Study positions are awarded to qualified individuals to assist the support staff in the kitchen, studio, and office. Educational assistance is provided to the student-employee as part of the Work-Study Program.

Lodging is not provided as part of the work study program, but in the case that it is needed we will try to assist individuals. Class lab fees and personal supplies are the responsibility of the individual.

ESSA considers individuals who are mature, team-oriented, self-motivated and interested in the Arts. Enthusiasm and commitment are required for these positions. High school student are encouraged to apply for these opportunities as well as adults.

During the sessions, a student may take one (1) week of workshop for each one (1) 30 hour work week assisting the full-time staff.
